Scope of Services Piedmont Addiction Consulting LLC provides guidance, education, and care navigation services to help clients identify appropriate addiction treatment and recovery resources. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. 2. No Medical or Clinical Services All recommendations are based on available information and are not a substitute for care from licensed medical or mental health providers. 3. No Guarantee of Outcomes We do not guarantee treatment outcomes, availability of services, insurance coverage, or recovery results. 4. Independent Recommendations We aim to provide unbiased recommendations. Any relationships with treatment providers will be disclosed. 5. Payment & Refund Policy Consultation fees are due prior to the session and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. 6. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. By engaging services, you consent to sharing relevant information for care coordination when necessary. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for final decisions regarding treatment and services. 8. Emergency Situations We do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 9. Consent to Services By booking and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
